Help with filter Excel on time stamp

Hi can someone help with a macro to filter a Excel file on time stamp. We use a data logger which does not log events evenly. Sometimes we get 3 reading per sec……sometimes 5 etc… I would like to strip out any “extra” reading not needed. Let say I want only one or two reading per sec….Can anyone help with this please..??
