Forum Posting, Moderation, and Support Notes

Post by DPlotAdmin »

As we bring the DPlot Forums back into more active use, we want to keep the discussion helpful and free of spam.

To reduce bot activity and junk posts, new forum posts may be held briefly for moderator approval before they appear publicly. This is not intended to slow down legitimate discussion; it is simply a necessary step to keep the forums useful for DPlot users.

When posting a question or issue, please include as much relevant information as possible, such as:
  • DPlot version number
  • Windows version
  • Plot type or data format involved
  • Steps needed to reproduce the issue
  • Whether the behavior occurs in Version 3, Version 2.3, or both
  • Example files, screenshots, or sample data when appropriate
For DPlot Version 3 feedback, please also note whether the issue involves a newly created plot or a legacy file opened from an earlier DPlot version. Some formatting, annotation, and layout differences may occur when opening older files, and those reports are useful as we continue improving compatibility.

For direct support, you may also contact:

support@dplot.com

However, when your question can be shared publicly, posting here is encouraged. Forum discussions often help other users who may run into the same question later.

Thank you for helping us keep the DPlot community active, useful, and focused.
