Would it be possible to make the LOCATION of the example files a user-selectable option?
DPlot keeps creating a folder (called 'DPlot') containing the examples in the 'My Documents' folder. When I delete it, it reappears the next time DPlot is run. Have I done something wrong?

You haven't done anything wrong, but I'm not sure this is something I'll want to mess with. I will add a note about this in the Help and the FAQ, though.
You can prevent this from happening by moving the files from \My Documents\DPlot to wherever you want using Explorer and then deleting those same files from the folder where DPlot was installed (default=c:\Program Files\DPlot). If ex01.grf isn't found in the installation folder, \My Documents\DPlot won't be created.
FYI: The reason this is done is to accommodate users on multiple-user systems.
