Contour Plot Line Label Positions

Can the contour plot line labels be manually moved around? Dplot usually places them sufficiently well but in the cases it gets the placement wrong it makes the plots look awkward.

I have an example of such a problem if it would be useful to anyone.

They can't be moved, sorry. I've been working on this but I'm not sure that the solution will be very friendly. It will necessarily be something like: move the labels where you want and they'll stick there if you check the appropriate box, but if you change the contour interval or low/high values or the label frequency, all those user-specified locations will be tossed out.
