Reference lines not exporting in JPEG or PNG

I'm having a hard time getting reference lines to show up when I save a plot as a JPEG or PNG. I think I got it to work once but not since then. I appears (although I'm not certain of this) that the problem is somewhat due to the line being referenced to a Y2 axis because when I save an image with a reference line on the X or Y axes, it works just fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
