How to create wireframe mesh

Post by jdbaba »

Hi I have been able to create the waterfall plot but I am interested to create the wireframe mesh. I didn't know how to create it. The waterfall plot I created is uploaded here http://www.mediafire.com/?svj6j8vqq5pc2u4

I want to create a graph something like this. Please follow the link http://www.mediafire.com/?j411r5dsl7odtaa

Please let me know what I need to do to create the similar graph asap.

Thanks

Actually the picture at your link appears to be a normal surface plot with a greyscale height map. For a waterfall plot or wireframe mesh, select Options>Contour Options. Make sure "View in 3D" is checked. You should now be able to select "Wireframe". If "Waterfall plot" is disabled it is because your data is random 3D points rather than points on a rectangular grid. To rearrange your data and enable "Waterfall plot", select "Generate Mesh" on the Options menu.

Let me know if you have any questions.
