DPlot

Is it possible to apply different formats to the two Y-axes? I created a plot with Hex numbers on one axis, and needed to plot percentiles against the other, when I realized there doesn't seem to be a menu option to set two different formats.....

No, there's no way to do this currently. Whoops. Look for it in the next release.
