Is there a way to generate a box plot with more than one type of group, perhaps by adding a plot?

I'd like to produce something that looks like

(Y1a)(Y1b) (Y2a)(Y2b) (Y3a)(Y3b)

where each (Yij) represents another box

No, I'm sorry. There's no way to do that currently. This is the first time this sort of thing has been suggested. I'll add it to my to-do list but I cannot promise a release date.
