Getting data generated in dplot exported to a spread sheet

I need some help with a useful feature or plug-in that I hope exists, but cannot find. It is a way to export x,y data in column form to a spread sheet or comma delimited txt that could be imported into a spread sheet like exel.

For instance, I use exel and the plug in feature to bring x,y data into Dplot. Then I operate on that data, sometimes generating intermediate points by interpolation and curve fitting. Then, how do I export the resulting data back to a spread sheet?

Thanks for any assistance.

Doh!

And I couldn't find that simple solution after a half hour searching the help file.

Thanks for the help, David.

... which says I need to make this more obvious in the Help file. Thanks for your input.

But on the other hand... after looking at the Help file, when I type "copy" after selecting the Index tab, the first entry that comes up is "Copy Data Values command", and "Transferring DPlot data to other applications" is a bit further down but fairly obvious. I'm genuinely not trying to call you out on this, but if you didn't search for "copy"... what DID you search for?

David,

Feel free to call me out on anything, as that is the way we all learn and improve.

Its really very simple. I wanted to export data from Dplot, which is the opposite of bringing data in or importing data to Dplot. So I was using search terms export and data. Copy never entered my tunnel vision mind.

"export", it is, then :-)

Thanks.
