Updated Excel AddIn installation

One change has been made to the AddIn installation that corrects a problem with non-English versions of Excel 97. The new AddIn installation procedure is included in the latest (1.9.4.6) beta versions of DPlot and DPlot Jr, or you can download just the AddIn here.
Other than network installation problems the AddIn should now successfully install on all systems regardless of Excel version or Windows version... but I've been wrong before. If you experience any difficulty with the installation please let me know.
