Crashes after selecting Add/Edit Note

Dplot is crashing when I select "Add/Edit Note" from the dropdown toolbar.
It does not happen every time. About 1/3 of the time.

Actions taken prior to crash:

Open file already converted into DPlot file, *.grf. , Size ~900Kb
Crop data of interest
Unspecify Extents by unchecking checkbox in "Extents/Intervals/Size"
Operation on X: (x-$XMIN(1))* 0.001 , hit set extents checkbox in OperationX window
Generate Curve(3): Y=Y1*(ABS(Y2))
Generate Curve(4): Integrate(3)
Add Note using toolbar dropdown menu (*Poof* goes DPlot)
If it survives: continue as normal.

Could AIM, Internet Explorer, or Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) running at the moment be contributing to this?

I doubt it very much.

Does this graph already have one or more notes? In either case I'd appreciate it if you'd send me the file.

I sent the files a little bit ago. There were no notes on the file prior my attempt to attach one. Oh, the ratio is becoming more positive as I keep working. It has happened for about 1/6th of attempts. I'm in the habit of saving before trying. When I open it a second time, it works. It has never happened twice in the same file.

Thanks for the files. I haven't been able to duplicate any problems yet but I'll keep looking at it.
