DPlot Jr 1.8.3 goof

An unfortunate goof in the installation script for DPlot Jr will prevent the DPLOTLIB examples from working correctly unless DPlot Jr is already running. An update fixes the problem. There are no other significant changes to this release. If you'd rather fix the problem yourself, use regedit to delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/DPLOT.
