New file import plugin

The August 6th update for DPlot (licensed users click Help>Check for Updates) includes a file import plugin for the AMO Saturn Transient Recorder. The plugin allows you to read the entire file (assuming you have the memory for it: these files may contain up to 128 million data points) or any of the first 3 preview blocks from the file, which contain the minimum and maximum values from every 16, 256, and 4096 points, respectively, OR to specify the start and stop time that you're interested in.
