Compound Fire Flow Test Chart

I am new to DPlot and to this Forum.
Question. Is DPlot able to plot a compound fire flow test like the one shown bellow. If it does, how?

Currently the only way to combine a line graph and bar chart is with an overlay, and the only way to use overlays is with a macro. See http://www.dplot.com/blog/2009/07/plot-overlays.html for an example.
