Rank plugin

I've been sitting on a plugin for a while that does more or less the same thing as Excel's PERCENTRANK function: it ranks input amplitudes from 0-100%. If you're interested in this sort of thing, download:
http://www.dplot.com/plugins/generate/rank.dll and save to [dplot folder]\plugins\generate. The next time you run DPlot you should see a "Rank" command on the Generate menu.
Comments and suggestions are of course welcome. Pending comments, this will probably be included in the next release.
