After setting up a graph's extents and tick marks, performing an "Operate on Y" (e.g. scaling a single curve) recomputes the extent and tick mark values and returns the option settings to automatic (plot size is undisturbed). Could the default be made to not over-ride manual settings?
I put this one in as a suggestion instead of a bug, since I can see the merit in recomputing extents after some operations (like scaling X for all curves)...
Thanks - RAS
Don't over-ride user extents after calculations

I'll add a "Auto-magically recalculate extents" option next time that will be on by default. This will do what the latest version does automatically, including removing stored zooms.
