Color Key Formatting on 3D Plots

Post by raswaim »

David - is there any way to control the formatting of the color key for 3D plots beyond deciding the intervals for labels? What I'm looking for is the same kind of controls you supply for legend entries, such as max number of entries in a column and font type/size, etc.

Thanks - Richard

Max number of entries in a column: No, that's a good one for the to-do list. Currently it just figures out what will fit.

Fonts: Text>Fonts>Legend.

Hey, I'm trying to restrict the legend to one entry/column. The box enclosing the legend resizes fine, but the legend entries remain unchanged. Any ideas what might be happening?

What's happening is you've found a bug. 2 or any greater number works fine. I'll have this fixed next release. Thanks for pointing out the problem.

Assuming you're currently running version 1.9.9 or later, select "Check for Updates" on the Help menu. The update includes a fix for the bug you found.
