Help: Area under the contour lines

Hi,
Im new to using this software. After plotting a contour graph, I was wondering how do you find the area under the contour lines. If somebody knows a way to automatically calculate the area, that would be greatly appreciated

Generate>Find volume under surface will find the volume above and below a reference Z.
