Reference Lines with Mouse Click

Would be nice to place reference lines with a mouse click. Then user could clean up exact location by editing in the dialog box if necessary (format same as axis formatting at the time of selection). DPlot would pick appropriate value, X,Y,X2,Y2, depending on radio button selected.

Might be appropriate to turn on the cross hair cursor while in progress. Of course, they should revert to normal cursor after dialog is dismissed.
